Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to 3:00 p.m. local time on the arrival date will receive a refund minus a 3–4% credit card processing fee.
Payments under the non-refundable rate are not eligible for a refund, except in extreme circumstances such as imminent hurricane danger or major property defects that prevent occupancy.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. The pool is closed during these hours. Absolute silent use may be permitted during quiet hours only with owner approval. No parties or events are allowed at any time.
