Your payment will be refunded only in extreme circumstances ((imminent hurricane danger, major defect at property, etc.).
Noise
Quiet Time is 11 p.m. – 7 a.m. Therefore the pool is closed during these hours. Absolute silent use can be allowed during quiet time by owners. No parties or events.
